В загальному все добре. Достатньо чисто. Хороше розташування до центру, зупинок, метро. Власники швидко відповідали.

Не працював ліфт. Помешкання розташоване дуже близько до центральної вулиці тому було досить шумно через транспорт.

Mieszkanie jest czyste, ciepłe, odnowione. Świetna lokalizacja w centrum. Obok jest przystanek autobusowy na lotnisko.

Klatka schodowa jest bardzo zaniedbana. Nieszczelne okna i bardzo duży hałas z ulicy. Woda pod prysznicem ma niską temperaturę i słabe ciśnienie.
