Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel jest czysty, a obsługa miła, pomocna i zawsze dostępna. Dużym plusem jest recepcja czynna 24 godziny na dobę. Nie było żadnego problemu z zameldowaniem około 1 w nocy. Kontakt z hotelem przed przyjazdem był bardzo dobry, a kod do bramy parkingowej otrzymaliśmy jeszcze przed przyjazdem. Hotel znajduje się w dogodnej lokalizacji. Do Starego Miasta można dojść spacerem w około 20–30 minut, w zależności od tempa. Dodatkowym atutem jest dobre połączenie komunikacją miejską. Ogromnym plusem jest również własny parking, co jest bardzo wygodne dla osób podróżujących samochodem. Śniadania są smaczne i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje są dobrze wyciszone, przez cały pobyt nie słyszeliśmy sąsiadów, dzięki czemu można było spokojnie odpocząć. Jeśli kiedyś ponownie odwiedzę Wilno, na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy, która nam nie pasowała.

Everything was very clean and overall look was beautiful. Instant hot water from shower was total surprise. The bed and pillows super nice and could sleel nicely whole night.
