Anedda Merta Sari Villa Sanur

The house was very spacious and the pool was fantastic, large and clean. The location was at the far end of Mertasari beach so was quiet but not too far from beach side restaurants and a short bike ride/shuttle bus/ taxi to Sanur beach, shopping and restaurants. Many locals flying amazing kites at the beach nearby.

The house is a bit worn, noticeably on the upstairs decking which is access to most bedrooms. Beds are too firm and pillows too soft. Only space for 2 sun loungers by the pool, other undercover seating available nearby.

Muy decepcionada con este alojamiento, si bien era muy grande con muchas habitaciones y un gran jardín con piscina, estaba sucísimo y el trato con el anfitrión digamos que fue difícil. Las llaves te las dejan en una bolsa de plástico escondidas en la entrada, las puertas de las estancias (algunas habitaciones y la cocina) son independientes el resto de la casa y no tenía cerradura (estábamos expuestos totalmente), al contactarle para intentar solucionarlo la contestación no fue nada agradable (al recoger las llaves la noche anterior le dijimos que todo OK, no habíamos revisado lo de las llaves y me lo echó en cara de muy malas formas). En cualquier caso envió a alguien a arreglar el tema de las llaves. Todos los día se plantaba allí una chica joven a "limpiar" pero no hacía nada, solo quitarte intimidad y la villa seguía sucísima. Esta muy mal mantenido, en su momento debió ser una casa maravillosa pero está muy mal, pintura levantada por todo los sitios, muebles rotos...un horror. Ademas está muy alejado del centro, nosotros íbamos en moto y eso nos salvó, si no se tiene moto o coche me parece imposible alojarse ahí. Es una zona residencial que además es bastante oscura por las noches, yo no hubiera estado segura de haber ido con amigas, por ejemplo. Además solicitamos dejar el alojamiento más tarde porque nos ibamos ese día de vuelta a españa y nos dijeron que no podiamos porque había huespedes el día siguiente. Sin embargo estaba disponible para alquilar ese mismo día por Booking.... En resumen, hay miles de alojamientos mucho mejores en la zona y yo desde luego no se lo recomendaría a nadie

La limpieza me parece que era muy deficiente, la ducha de la habitación principal salía negra del moho que tenía.... El mantenimiento de la villa está muy abandonado. Envío varias fotos del día en que entramos allí. El anfitrión es basatante desagradable. Además cuando haces la reserva te contactan varias personas, uno el que trata contigo directamente, por otro lado un "manager" que si le contactas para algo tarda 3 días en contestar (según ellos los fines de semana no están disponibles... ya me contarás la gracia si lo alquilas para un fin de semana), tambien te contacta otro que dice que es tu "concierge" y lo mismo, ni está ni se le espera.... Una pena que nos equivocáramos con este alojamiento, todos los demás que cogimos en Bali fueron maravillosos. Aquí no se ve la amabilidad de los balineses por ningún lado.

Great place for family and friends at quiet end of sanur beach. 3 big rooms and 2 medium rooms ...suited 3 couples and 3 children...great pool restaurant cafe 2 mins away

It is 12 minutes walk from start of beach walk and from main cafes ...but that means the streets are quiet

This is place is practical for a large group of family/ friends. Be aware there is only 1 downstairs bedroom with a bathroom while all other bedrooms are upstairs. There is one small bedroom that you need to walk outside to access the bathroom, we put in a young guy who wasn't bothered.

The location isn't very convenient for older persons or people who can not tolerate a 10-15min walk to get anywhere. Wasn't too much of an issue as there were taxi's available but be aware if you are not a walker, this location will not suit you

Had a leaking aircon that didn’t get looked at while we were there even though it was reported it was a bit far away from shopping and restaurants

The living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Ideal for our group of 8 adults.

The aircon in the bedroom in front is noisy.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. A beautiful spacious villa with all the comforts of home. Everyone slept well in big comfy beds, Several couches, seating areas and tvs for everyone. It was so nice to walk stright out of the living room and dive into a beautiful big pool. The location was just perfect for us.

The villa charmed us with its atmosphere and comfort. Spacious rooms, stylish decor and gorgeous garden made our vacation unforgettable. The only slight disadvantage was that the light in the bedroom was a little brighter than we were used to, but this was easily resolved with curtains. Everything else was top notch and we would happily return here again!

Just was sad to leave this beautiful place.
