Hotel molto bello e nuovo. Staff cordialissimo e disponibilissimo a fornirci informazioni sin dall'arrivo. Posizione ottima vicino stazione centrale. I vari spostamenti tra castello/giardino, quartiere samurai e quartiere geisha e per pasti un po' più distanti fatti semplicemente con taxi a pochi euro. Consigliatissimo

"Gastvrijheid in het kwadraat."

De inrichting is in Japanse stijl. Zeer verzorgd en comfortabel. Het personeel was uiterst correct, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een aantal biertjes en frisdranken in de lobby en op de kamer zijn gratis. Ook werd er een vissoep aangeboden.

This is the best hotel I‘ve been so far (not only in Japan). There‘s so much love in the details and they thought about everything. I was sad I booked only two nights. But we will definitely come back on our next trip to Japan.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Comfortable large room, gorgeous breakfast, really helpful staff, near the station and the main sights. Great bathroom and free bath salts.
