Segundo Molo Suites

Great location, all the bars, coffee shops and restaurants are there. There is a paid parking nearby too. The room is exactly as in the pictures. The shower is spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. The communication with the owner was prompt and easy, there is a code for every door, and no need to meet in person and give you keys or whatever. Our room didn't have much of a view (not at all) but that was fine, because it provided us with silence and I suppose in the summer it wouldn't be too hot because of that.

The location is excellent. The space is quite suitable for two guests. Easy access. The host is prompt, friendly and helpful.

It was too cold. The outer unit of air-conditioning system is not insulated, i.e., it is situated in the outer wall and only a woody door that does not seal completely is in between the room bed and environment. The bathroom was also cold, especially over the night. Some loudly teenagers were every day in the lobby of the building, that may make people uncomfortable when they come in in the late evening hours.
