A localização é boa.

O sistema de ventilação do quarto foi inadequado e ruim, deixando o ar muito carregado, com a sensação de um espaço muito pequeno sem espaço para malas e sem nenhuma circulação de ar.

少し遅くチェックインしましたが 素早く対応くださり、とても丁寧でした。 こちらの手違いだったこともよく話を聞いて うまく対応してくださり、笑顔で大丈夫ですよと安心させてくださいました。おかげで 落ち着いて過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。

お風呂も気持ちよかったですが 混んでないことを確認してから行きましたが インフォメーションへの連絡が遅いのかもしれませんが、5つある洗い場は満席で少し待たされました。でも仕方ないかなという範囲です。

連泊させてもらってここは何より朝食が朝から豪華！ホテルのある建物の1階の店でビュッフェ形式だったが、朝から刺身やライブキッチンの料理が食べれてデザートも良く大満足だった。 エアコンは市販の物を設置していて効きが良く快適だった。

連泊の1泊して出かける間に清掃をお願いしたが、しっかり綺麗に清掃をしてくれるのは良いが、チェックイン時にもらった周辺の飲食店が描かれたマップや何より次の日の朝の朝食券を処理されていたのはシッカリ清掃スタッフに指導をしてほしい。
