Pura Vida East Point with Bay View

The view shown of the pine trees, green grass and bay, are NOT what you see from the balcony or front of the rental. There is a two story house between you and this view. The building is needing painting for years now, the area around the venue is junky, the stairs inside are unsafe with only a hand rail and no ballusters and no ballusters at the top to keep a small child from falling through. The advertisement boast beach view, beachfront, beach, NOT True. You are surrounded by housing and storage structures and can't see any good view. Anyone with mobility issues should avoid this property due to the steep stairs inside. Normal steps outside to the balcony and entry into the second floor bedroom area, but no good if raining, which happens often in Florida. Not sure how the stairs are even up to code. No iron, ironing board or blow dryer as would be expected in a normal rental. We were asked to bag our garbage and strip the beds upon departure. The property fee should cover this . I don't strip my bed and bag the garbage in any other rental, including hotels, that I have ever stayed in. Can not recommend this venue. There are some rental units next door at Coastline RV Resort that cost less overall and does have the great view plus a pool.
