No me dejaron hospedarme! Me cancelaron la reserva sin haberla solicitado

Que dejaron a mi familia fuera del hotel sin habitación, porque por ser carnaval, les convenía más, vender la habitación más cara y no respetar mi reserva que era por parte de booking.
