The Beach Villas w/ Pool Hot Tub & A/c!

This property fit exactly what we needed. We used it as our home base after daily excursions. It had plenty of room and is very well kept. The place is clean and well maintained. Short 3 minutes drive to great pizza , and magic sands beach. Perfect location to come and go.

The ocean view and the place was an amazing spot for our getaway to Hawaii. The pool, hot tub, and snorkeling were amazing. Everything you needed was 5-20 minutes away.

Such a great location with beach across the street. Beautiful view, clean, lots of towels and blankets, cookware, appliances, washer and dryer in unit and even a storage with beach accessories. Easy access to unit and pool, spa and bbq. Agency very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. Would come and stay here again.

We loved our stay, mostly positive comments. The only problem was the coffee pot did not work, so we had to go to Starbuck a lot. I am 5 ft 1in tall, so the kitchen cabinets was too high, the bathroom sinks were too high. You should have a folding step stool in the kitchen. We will stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property because it was clean, and we loved the layout. We especially loved the view from the lanai! We highly recommend it—we will stay here again!

Very very clean inside unit and outside as well. State park beach across street, KTA food store close by. Access to morth and south highways was great. Recommend it highly

Pros: Great location, easy to find, nice view, close to beach, ample parking, comfortable beds, quiet, easy elevator access Cons: This place was designed for someone who does not cook and who is very tall. Kitchen design is horrible. Microwave was positioned above my wife's head and she is 5' tall. I am 5' 9" . Cabinets are similar. The bottom shelves of the cabinets are the only parts of the cabinets that can be easily accessible. There is very limited counter space and this limited space was cluttered with bowls of artificial fruit and a very large tray. The counter by the stove was so limited that if you are right handed you cannot stir or cook anything from the right side of the stove because you will hit the wall and the refrigerator. They ask you to take out the trash daily, yet they left us 4 trash bags for our 11 day stay. They want you to run the dish water frequently and we were given 3 packets of dish washing soap. They tell you to take inventory and then go buy what you need. The bathroom sinks are very tall bowls set on very high cabinet countertops. No shampoo or lotion, and all that was there was a tiny bar of round soap. I specifically looked for a unit with A/C. I need cool air to sleep at night. I tried to turn the unit down and it would not go below 72 degrees. When I called management about this, they said that this temp was set by the owners. Sleep was not good. Location was great and we would stay in this complex again, but not in this unit.

Room is clean. But public transportation is poor.

Family of 4, they provided 3 laundry soap and 4 toilet paper for a week. No shower stuff. Only provided cheap soap. We asked them 1 more toilet paper and 3 more laundry soap. They told us get yourself basically. I told them they don’t sell individual these stuff. They said sorry. Roaches in the room. Terrible terrible terrible
