"糟糕的語文能力 糟糕的服務態度"

早餐好吃為子方便

櫃台人員基本英文溝通都不行 搞丟我的包裹卻說是包裹上面的收件者載明不完全所以他們退回去, 但查貨運官網顯示已送達, 如此不負責任推諉的態度, 就算送我免費住宿我都不會再去 飯店完全沒有鞏固住宿旅客的權益, 一樓大廳完全沒有可以簡單收拾行李或休息的地方, 所有的位子都是咖啡廳客人優先
