Los paños sucios y manchados, había basura de huesped anterior en el piso de la habitación, encontramos cucarachas, almohadas y colchon cero confortables, mucha luz externa que ingresaba a la habitación.

Service staff was exceeding helpful and accommodating

Arrived and room was not clean. They moved us rooms but the new room was oily and had no soaps. The towels in the room were stained and the phones did not work. Tried to get with management and they denied it. People were partying in the parking lot with alcohol and cigarettes at 11 at night. Hotel smelled of marijuana and chemicals. No amenities

Had to go to the front desk for towels no no hand towels no one after 10 at the desk

This place was unclean, no accommodation , terrible sleeping conditions and noisy. There people playing music in the parking lot all night.

Part of my disappointment is my own fault because I did not research the hotel before I booked the room. However, this hotel provides little to nothing as far as amenities or basic things you’d expext. I found one bar of soap but nothing else. I could have at least used a blow dryer. There was downstairs in the lobby, but nobody told me so I went without!
