I recently stayed at Senna House Hotel for a friend’s birthday celebration, and I have to say—it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel itself is immaculate, with a desert chic vibe that perfectly captures the Scottsdale aesthetic. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, making it a great spot for both relaxation and celebration. We made the most of the amenities—a beautiful pool with a bar, and a well-equipped gym—but the real star of the show was Cala, the hotel’s in-house restaurant. We dined in for both breakfast and happy hour, and every bite (and sip) exceeded expectations. The service was a true 10/10, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Charlie, who made our experience even more memorable. I’ll definitely be staying at Senna House again and will be recommending it to all my friends and family. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and vibrant place to stay in Scottsdale.

Celebrated my birthday at Senna House and it was the perfect location in Scottsdale! Surrounded by restaurants and nightlife! It was a beau and clean property! The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly. MJ and Charlie are absolutely the sweetest people! Love them. The restaurant Cala was outstanding with both service and food! Great experience!!

There are the sweetest people there! The front desk people were so great (a man working May 31 in the afternoon and a woman at night and morning of June 1). And Kaylin at the bar went above and beyond to help us with something, plus Kristen at breakfast did the same! Truly amazing. Then there’s the beautiful room and hotel in general- wonderful pillows, large and clean bathroom, and close to everything you need in Scottsdale. A great place to stay.

The location was nearby local shops and restaurants.

Every night Cala, the hotel restaurant, would blast loud music all night until 1am. Making it impossible to fall asleep since it would vibrate our hotel walls. Also, we had to switch rooms as soon as we arrived because after checking in, we went up to our room and saw bugs everywhere along the ceiling. Which makes me believe they don’t regularly clean the hotel rooms. Thankfully they had an open room available for us to move to. But didn’t receive any compensation or upgrade as other Hilton hotels would most likely have offered.

Thank you Kaylee, Isabel, and MJ! You were all so amazing during our stay. Senna House is lucky to have you as employees. You definitely all went above and beyond your call of duty. Great customer service is hard to come by these days so this was a refreshing surprise. Thank you!

Great stay in Scottsdale. Close to everything! Nice room, very comfortable bed and the front desk staff was wonderful! Super helpful! Valet was very prompt and friendly as well

Rooms was excellent - staff within restaurants were terrible overall with some exceptions.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcomed—MJ is incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to accommodate anything I needed. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and every part of the property felt clean and cared for. I was also really impressed with the food and drinks—everything I tried was delicious, with great service to match. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Awesome hotel with staff that goes above and beyond and couldn’t be friendlier. Great location and super clean. We even used the bikes they offered on site. The restaurant attached is beautiful and gets great reviews. We’ll definitely be back !!

I felt safe at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to everything and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Room was clean. Would def stay here again.
