Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great. Pool was clean. The front desk was efficient and so friendly. The entire property was clean and taken care of. Everything about our stay was fabulous! I would highly recommend.

We got charged 4 times with no explanation we have 3 calls into the management that was there all day and they never replied back so disappointing from a retired Ritz-Carlton employee to see such bad service from upper management
