Modern, beautiful, clean, and spacious. Refreshing drink offered to all in our party while checking in. Many thoughtful touches and art throughout. Recessed lighting is sophisticated and I love the ambiance! Lots of light everywhere, including lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Great shower with lots of hot water and good pressure. Love the washer/dryer. Breakfast buffet was amazing and serene, lots of options. Easy room access and everything worked - although the large, main bathroom mirror light may have been out. Beds were very comfortable and loved the extra pillows! We stayed at 3 different places in Bali and this is easily #1 or 2. (Depending on if city or country is preferred). We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

The in-room espresso machine water compartment lid had mold growing on it so I did not use it for coffee. My eggs were made to order elsewhere but came out too late - I had already finished breakfast and dessert! Breakfast was not 100% ready at opening time. Coffee water was cold and we had to wait for utensils.

We stayed in the Grand Suite (3-bedroom), and from the moment we arrived at reception, we knew we were going to love the place. Everything was very convenient, the property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The whole experience was simply amazing!
