Fantastic staff and management. Exceptionally clean & functional cabin. Amazing wildlife. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

The location is great, and the room itself is very comfortable and clean.

There’s excessive drilling and construction noise at night coming from the nearby port, where a new ferry terminal is being built. We couldn’t sleep AT ALL! It’s an ongoing project approved by the local council and has been going on for months. If you decide to stay here, be sure to bring noise-cancelling tools, as the work continues throughout the night. The general manager is extremely unprofessional. When we raised our concerns about the noise, her first reaction was to deny all responsibility. There’s absolutely no customer service or support—they just tell you to deal with it. This was definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic glamping experience. Very large tent with exceedingly comfortable bed. Tasteful appropriate decor. Large soft and fluffy bath towels. Coffee pod machine, and all of this in a tent! Adjacent to the sculpture park. Easy walk to restaurants and pub.

Dear Manager I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the condition in which we found our accommodation upon arrival. We had booked a cabin, expecting a clean and prepared space, but instead, we encountered the following issues: The cabin was open upon our arrival. The bed was unmade. The bathroom had been used, with towels left on the floor. The entire place was in disarray. We were given the wrong key (for Cabin 5). We returned both keys in the morning. We have attached photos as evidence of these unacceptable conditions. This experience was highly disappointing and did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness and organization.
