The location, staff, rooms were nice. Our room wasn’t cooling off and we said something to the front desk and by the time we got back our room was cooled off!

The pool was closed and elevators took awhile to come, which is to be expected but we waited 10 minutes one time just to go down.

"We were disappointed from the beginning when we were told their top floor where the pool is was ginger construction"

The most boy reason we picked this hotel was for the rooftop pool and overlook and that whole floor was closed for construction

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very quiet stay in spite of being on the same floor as the main dinning area.

We booked this stay for the pool and the pool area has been closed for ver a week. No mention of limited access on the app.
