Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown

Breakfast, ( Michelle was great), afternoon snacks, and after hours restaurant upstairs. Price very competitive . Location was a large reason I choose here. Upgraded to king corner room and got spoiled quickly. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Overall good facility

Parking is an issue, we choose valet, cause of weather and location and terms of self park. Had a nice picture of you indoor pool, it's small and only 3ft. deep. The elevators were slow all weekend.

Breakfast and happy hour bit noisy and very busy.

The check in process was very easy. My room was another ready, so we valet our bags and went for lunch nearby. I was called by an employee on my cell that the room was ready. I was very impressed to be notified that my room was ready and not have to guess. My room was clean and amazingly comfortable. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and Embassy Suites match those! Service was wonderful and friendly. I loved the snack and drink cocktail hour. Breakfast was so good and extensive. You will have something to eat no matter your dietary choices. The hotel is very close to bar strip and food court/shopping area; just a 12 minute walk for the average walker. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quiet. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Embassy Suites for your next stay.

The Location

The Front Desk clerk was dismissive when I came back down because my room key didn’t work! No one was at her console and she told me to get back in line because she had a customer! Review the Footage if it is needed to verify what I’m saying!

Room was very nice. View was awesome. Location was great.

The pool was closed. I previously have a reservation at a different hotel and I canceled it and got a room at this location for the sole purpose of having a pool. We understand that it was closed for for safety precautions because of the lightning that it only lightning for a very short time there was no lightning on the radar anywhere.

1st time in Nashville. Chose this hotel based on its location and previous experience at Embassy Suites in other cities. The hotel is pretty new and in nice shape. It seems that it has too many rooms to accommodate the customers food and elevator requirements. The breakfast area is very large and gets incredibly busy in the morning. We were there on a weekend and it felt like an animal feeding station. The food was mediocre, again I believe this was based on the amount of people they were trying to accommodate with the “free breakfast”. The bacon seemed undercooked which I believe led my son to have stomach issues 1 hr after breakfast. We ended up paying for breakfast at the hotel across the street the next day instead of eating at this hotel. As bad as the breakfast experience was, the elevator situation at this hotel is worse. Most of the time we needed an elevator the wait was at least 15 mins. Again, there are way too many rooms and guests to accolade the amount of elevators available. On our last day, we had to walk down 17 flights of stairs with our luggage as the people waiting on our flier had already been waiting for 20 mins for an elevator. This hotel has nice potential but I do t know how they fix the issues I described.

Updates

Our family was stuck waiting for the elevator for 30 min. My husband had to carry our bags 12 floors down because we couldn’t get on an elevator. The valet service took also 45 min and they were full in the lot so our car had to be parked at a lot 10 minutes away but we still had to pay $67. The staff at the front desk were very rude. Our stay couldn’t have been more awful. We will not be returning.

Location in downtown, housekeepers was nice

Bathroom smelled of sewage as soon as we checked in had to contact housekeeper. Roof top bartender made awful drinks unless you want straight liquor then you are fine. Parking you let valet park your car in an UNSECURED location and they are NOT responsible if something happens to car. They charge you $25 but claim a drink or snack is on them but not really because you are in fact paying for it.
