High Point Arcadia Inn

Poor room maintenance.poor lighting .Bedside light didn't work. Toilet seat didn't fit toilet. Cockroach/palmetto bug. Substandard paint job.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking room. there is one small light bulb in the closet area to light the entire room. The bathroom exhaust fan sounds like a diesel train, and once it began moving air, just made the cigarette smell worse in the room. Horrible place to stay

The showerhead had good pressure

The facility was dirty and run down, the rooms were dishevelled and rundown. The sheets and blankets looked dirty and had cigarette burns in the covers. The woman got an attitude with me at the desk when I asked if all the rooms looked like that and told me if I didn't like the next room I could find somewhere else to stay.

No pool. Staff is terrible. It's disgusting and the front gave my room key to another guest who didnt even stay there

Dirty room

Actually loved the people they were so nice. But the room itself was just kind of disgusting but they have clean beds I checked for bugs and everything.

It was very affordable and clean.. Great location and access to all local amenities..
