Varenna Beach Perledo

La ubicación la mejor y el apartamento igual .. necesita algunas mejoras de detalles ..

Bien qu'ayant eu du retard lors de notre arrivée l'équipe a été trés arrangeante pour la remise des clés. Le logement est vraiment proche à pied du centre de Varenna. Le parking est très pratique, plus besoin de se servir de la voiture une fois arrivé, l'embarcadère pour visiter Bellagio et autre village est à 10 minutes à pieds. Bien insonorisé, bien que donnant sur la route.

Accueil via une agence donc il faut se déplacer pour récupérer et rendre les clés Assez froid et impersonnel Proche de la route , pas très rassurant de traverser juste à la sortie d un tunnel sur un mini trottoir avec des enfants

Great stay in Varenna! A short walk to the main part of town. Great kitchen, laundry and wifi facilities.

We had to purchase a few basic things that weren’t included: extra toilet paper, tea, coffee, washing detergent

Lets start with the good bit - the apartment is in a nice location with a secure garage and would be lovely if you only require 2 bedrooms. Easy walk into Varenna.

The 3rd 'garden' bedroom is not habitable, the room is very damp, it has damp on the walls, the mattress has damp spots and is badly stained with mold, the bed slats are spotted with mold from the damp room, their is condensation on the floor from the damp and we had ants crawling down the wall and onto the bedside table. The door handle to the garden room comes off in your hand when you shut the door. The room is not fit for purpose and most definitely not fit for sleeping in as it would give you health issues. They have a plug in air freshener in the room to try and disguise the smell but it doesn't. We ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room for 3 nights as the alternative accommodation offered was not suitable. Photos and videos of the garden room sent to the office staff. No compensation offered and the staff in the office really couldn't have cared less! Air con is only available in the DAMP garden room and the main apartment double bedroom.

Location across from Lake was perfect. There is plenty of space for members of the family to spread out. Easy walk to ferry's.
