"Friendly, comfortable, convenient."

Staff were friendly and helpful - I forgot to pack my phone charger but the front desk found me one to borrow. Lovely buffet breakfast choices, well stocked with breads, pastries, cheeses & meats, cereals, muesli, bircher etc plus some hot options e.g. frikadellen and eggs. Coffee also good. The rooms at the rear are very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Easy 15 minute commute to the cathedral and old city.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice but I appreciate this is a mainly business hotel and there is a cafe/bar downstairs.

Receptionist was unhelpful and rude.

There was no parking available, adverstised with parking.... no message to say that it is full. Staff not polite or helpful to help out.

Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, très à l’écoute et réactif. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent !!

Klimatisiertes Zimmer bei der Hitze sehr angenehm. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage für Konzertbesuch u.ä.
