The office was the cleanest thing, the receptionist was helpful

I had made this booking almost two weeks before my trip and I was confirmed the stay, when I got there my room wasn’t ready and we recommended to give an hour for management to finish, an hour and half later, my booking couldn’t be accommodated and was canceled, they had charged me the $45.51 to my card for the deposit and still haven’t given it back when it was canceled by the property…

Location

The people. Not very friendly, not helpful, & definitely not very nice. Their maintenance guy wasn't very nice at all. Not only is he very stinky, but he's very rude.
