إقامة رائعة ،طقم العاملين الأستاذة ريم والأستاذة مريم والأخ الفاضل صاحب الفندق كانوا جميعا في الخدمة مع الابتسامة الرائعه والتكلم باللغة العربية،النظافةالنظافة 10 من 10 ،الفطار لذيذ ويلبي جميع الأذواق ، بجوار سوبر ماركت كبير ومسجد والمواصلات والمطاعم .

Location is excellent, in a heart of trabzon Staff is very professional and cooperative specially Miss Reema from Palestine, she is a gem of a person. Room is clean Best choice for family

Although we arrived at the hotel late, the staff kindly extended our check-out time by one hour, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is very good and convenient, and the property is clean and well maintained. The night receptionist (I do not know his name, but he was an older gentleman) was especially helpful, professional, and understanding when he saw that we were traveling with a baby. His kindness and excellent customer service made a positive impression on us and helped make our stay more comfortable.

There were several issues that affected our stay. There was no staff available to assist with luggage upon arrival and check out.Some items that should have been provided in the room were missing, and one of the chairs was broken. The room was also quite small and would be difficult to navigate for guests using a wheelchair. In addition, after our check-out time had been extended by the night receptionist, an Arabic-speaking receptionist called and asked us to leave the room. We were disappointed by the way this situation was handled, especially as we were traveling with a baby. We found her manner to be less courteous and understanding than expected. While there were some positive aspects to our stay, these issues negatively affected our overall comfort and experience.

I am very glad with everything, the room is very clean, breakfast is very good and tasty.
