Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft und muss dringend verbessert werden

Estupendo sitio para quedarse, muy céntrico y cómodo. Abajo hay una parada del tranvía, al frente el Centro Comercial Galerie y a pocos minutos el centro con muchos sitios turísticos. Dentro de la habitación todo muy completo para la estadía, incluso nos recibieron con unos obsequios. Estoy segura que voy a regresar, mi hijo va a estudiar en esta ciudad y este será mi primera opción para hospedarme.

The issues I initially had dealing with the access codes were entirely due to my panic („I KNOW I won’t be able to do this!“) The place was lovely and equipped with everything you might need. Shopping very nearby and all sights in easy walking distance. Would definitely book limehome again!

淋浴的門沒有辦法鎖緊所以水會一直漏出來，這點很困擾

The room was amazing. We did not receive the room code in time and it took us an effort to get it.

Online check-in was not easy, but the staff support was very good.

깨끗하고 넓고 아주 좋았다

The check in process wasn’t the best. Had to wait two hours to get the access code, called four times using roaming to get into the building and was questioned for everything even when I submitted all the documents accordingly. The apartment is nice, the location is good but the customer service is not the best one.
