La posizione, comoda perché vicina alla stazione ma l’ingresso affaccia su una strada molto trafficata e non molto curata.

Air conditioning was a little weak

It offered what it promised.

The digital system to resolve issues, you have to rely on WhatsApp messages. Issues arises if something is broken then it will ages or days to resolve it. Our toilet tap was broken from day 1. It took 3 days. And relentless messaging to pursue property owner to take action. In final days due to defaulty fire alarm, which was activated in the middle of night causes further issue. Since then air conditioning was not working.

Kein Personal vor Ort. Es gab Probleme mit dem PIN-Code. Er wurde mehrfach nicht akzeptiert. Die Matratze war nicht sauber.

De airco was tijdens de hittegolf echt fantastisch. Verder was het appartement voorzien van alle comfort en benodigdheden en konden we rustig zelf koken. Ook wachtte er een lekkere welkomstverrassing op ons! En het ontbijt was heel verzorgd en lekker.

Alles was heel goed in orde. Was nog leuk geweest: olijfolie, peper en zout om te koken.

The fire alarm went off at 10pm, everyone evacuated the building, the fire department came promptly and told us that this property has a major issue with its fire alarm system and it went off spontaneously almost every day! 50 people out on the street in a heat wave including elderly and families with babies while the fire department tried to convince the owner of the building to come and fix the alarm but they wouldn’t come. We all waited for two hours until finally the fire department had to get police permission to take over the security of the building themselves so that they could reset the alarm and keep a fireman there patrolling all night so it wouldn’t happen again and if it did to make sure people actually evacuated since they were so used to false alarms.

Gosh, it's just like a home away from home. We extended our stay because we felt so comfortable living there. Good location, full facility, big room, just perfect!

I have stayed at this location a number of times during business trips. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. I appreciate the late check out options and the baggage lockers.
