Algumas falhas como faltava um tapete de banho, a torradeira estava suja, e não havia champo nem gel de banho nas casas de banho!

"The place is nicely decorated, fresh but overall not a user friendly place..leave 3 laundry pods!"

No breakfast, all digitally managed..poor instructions in Spanish only!!!! Had no personal touch.. promised laundry services were a huge disappointment since we chose the place for a laundry change-over, no tumble dryer as promised and washers broken and full of dirty room laundry black marks on tee shirt the one semi-working machine.

The place has a feel of being managed by an third party service..no personal touches..drains smelled until has lots of water run through them..pillows were very uncomfortable decorating pillows not sleeping pillows.. sofa in living-room was full of stains. Worst of all ...I paid 2 cleaning charges !! They are double dipping on the cleaning charges , hitting you at both ends!! Would not recommend on principle.
