Grand Bern Hotel

전반적으로 무난한 숙소 입니다. 시설은 꽤 좋은 편인데 청소상태가 조금 미흡해 보입니다. 2층에 조식 서비스는 아주 좋고 음료 서비스도 좋습니다.

the hotel itself is a bit run down but the room was so spacious and the 2nd floor "dining room" and amenities was so clutch. The TV had a million channels, including some in english, so my senior parents were all very happy. Kids loved the bath tub and rooftop garden. I loved the big beds and super helpful front desk staff - everywhere else we stayed had "cloud reception" aka no live person which was fine, but the live people made a huge difference in terms of helpfullness and a more welcoming vibe. My kids also loved the cat that went in and out of the lobby here and lucky for us no one had allergy issues. Location-wise there's a good amount around the hotel but nothing immediately nearby which is fine for us because we enjoy walking and exploring.

This hotel is amazing, the reception were all very nice and helpful, the room was absolutely amazing, and best of all the hotel's cat Toto was the sweetest! The only downside I would say is the location, it is around 30 minutes on the bus to Busan station and around an hour bus ride to any tourist attractions. Overall I really recommend it!

WOW, vi blev överraskade över deras service relation till pris. Vi bodde bara här en natt, men vi fick ett stort familjerum (3 pers), med stort badrum. Sängarna var jättesköna och fönstren gick att öppna (de hade myggnät). Frukosten ingick i priset. Vi fick en flaska gott vin (gratis) som vi njöt av vid det lilla bordet vid fönstret, på kvällen vid ankomst till den underbara utsikten över Busan :). Det finns två gamingdatorer på rummet (om man har barn som gillar att spela dator). Vi använde inte poolen på rummet, men vi tror den kan vara mysig både till par och till familj. Det finns en ångmaskin till skjortor :) Det enda negativa är att det ligger en bit bort från allt, men taxi är billigt i Sydkorea, så vi tog oss lätt in och från hotellet in till stan. Jag tror detta är det perfekta boendet för att utforska den ena delen av Busan och sedan bör man byta boende när man ska utforska den andra delen. Det tar ca 1h i taxi till den andra delen och det är rätt mycket trafik.
