Crowne Plaza Ankara by IHG

I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza immensely. Sara and most of the staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable, but, especially Sara - the property fairy godmother, went out of her way to make sure guests were accommodated 100%! She gets a 6-star rating!

Wir waren vom 17. bis zum 20. im crown Palace in Ankara. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte mein Sohn leider eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Das gesamte Hotelteam hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Wir haben mehrfach Anrufe erhalten, ob man uns in irgendeiner Weise helfen könne. Es wurde sogar extra Essen für uns zubereitet. Besonders möchten wir die Putzfrau Hatice hervorheben, die sehr freundlich war und unser Zimmer stets gründlich gereinigt hat. Zudem wurde regelmäßig nach dem Befinden meines Sohnes gefragt. Auch die Gästebetreuung durch Sarah war sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Wir möchten uns beim gesamten Hotel-Team herzlich bedanken. Wir können das Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Familie Öztürk

I don’t normally rate larger chain hotels but wanted to for this one to shout out for how amazing the staff are. They’re so friendly and helpful, they truely go above and beyond

We had two wonderful stays at Crowne Plaza Ankara over the past month—one for 15 nights and another for 2 nights. The hotel is immaculately clean, and the rooms are modernly designed with eye-pleasing decor. Room service was impressively fast; we never had to ask twice for anything. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the wide variety of food options. The breakfast venue was beautifully chosen, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Both of our stays were relaxing and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel’s Public Relations Manager, Sara. She was exceptionally attentive to guests' needs, always charming and welcoming. In addition to Turkish, she speaks English and Farsi fluently, which was a great relief for guests like us who don’t speak Turkish. Her support made our stays smooth and memorable, and we sincerely thank her for that.

The reason for my 5 stars are for the room sizes, we booked a room with 2 queen beds on the 14th floor with a magnificent horizon view. It has a dinner menu catered for kids which can be selected off the tv. Only downfall the hotel doesn't have a pool however it's not far away from aqua park and also close to the airport. The best part it has an Outlet mall right next to it for the last minute shopping. Hospitality is top shelf, surely book this hotel again , as discount is offered to members.
