Safe, clean, shower was amazing

Overall very satisfied with the stay at the hotel.

We booked this hotel for one night and it was disappointing. I arrived early but had to wait till it was near 3pm. They passed me the key card once the room was made and had to find my own room. Was disappointed, since they gave me a room without windows or any fresh air. Then they changed my room for another one with a window (dose not open) and a patrio with one chair. Had to keep my patio door open all night to get some air. Also the walls are made from drywall and you can hear everything! Not recommendable for the price I paid for.

The property was decent for the price. Check-in is supposed to be at 3pm, I arrived around 4:30 pm but my room wasn't ready. They said it just needed to be cleaned and it would be prepared by 5:30pm. So I left and returned around 5:40, they gave me the keys and when I entered the room was a mess and had not been cleaned. They tried to make me wait but I requested I get another room. It was 6pm before I was able to check-in. Not great when you are only staying one night!

La atención increíble Izaura y Adriana las mejores recepcionistas del mundo no la dejen ir nunca, me quede por que ellas me convencieron porque no me quería quedar porque NO TIENEN AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y LA CAMA MUY INCÓMODA Y PEQUEÑA. Yo mido 1.80 y los pies me quedan afuera de la cama, por eso no fue perfecta la estadía. Adriana para hacerme más amena mi estadía me trajo un ventilador muy amable de su parte. El hotel fácilmente por ubicación, limpieza y atención tendría un 10 de 10 pero esos 2 detalles muy importantes para mi para poder descansar amenamente les doy un 7. Si mejoran eso fácil los elijo como mi hotel preferido en Ciudad de México

Theres no ac in rooms or fans or windows . Cannot understand if theres no ac at least a fan would help or a window. You will sweat !! Wifi is also very bad

Todo muy bien, el personal super amable, el lugar impecable, con un lindo balcón. Tiene lo suficiente para la estancia.Solo pedí una cobija extra porque la primera noche pasamos un poco de frío, pero me la dieron y todo estuvo bien. El área donde está, es una zona muy práctica y linda de la ciudad de México.
