Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole! Ci tengo a sottolineare i punti forti di questo hotel, che sono diversi: -staff fantastico! tutti gentili e molto disponibili; -colazione ottima; allego foto, ottima e ricca offerta anche per me che sono celiaca; -spazi comuni e piscina nuovi e molto curati; -camera accogliente, spaziosa e letto comodo, solo il bagno e’ un po’ più limitato, ma comunque confortevole. -servizi piscina e navetta spiaggia convenzionata ottimi!

La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro e non vicinissima alla spiaggia, ma c’è un servizio navetta ogni ora che in 5 minuti porta alla spiaggia convenzionata e in hotel c’è una piscina favolosa!

As mentioned by other reviewers, the main issues with this hotel are the bar service during the day and the service/food quality at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. For a 4-star hotel and considering the premium price, there is simply not enough staff. The existing personnel are not properly trained to prepare items listed on the bar menu, leading to long waits, such as 30 minutes for a “fresh juice.” At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were overcooked, the croissants served with just a slice of cheese and some basic cold cuts, and the coffee from a simple office-grade machine. At dinner, if you order the fish, be prepared to clean it yourself completely, as in my case it seemed grilled and thrown whole on the plate, requiring me to clean it myself and eat only partially as it was undercooked. To finish, the sauce in the pasta dishes was also practically raw.

Location e camera stupenda con vista mare. Inoltre grazie alla location, con un segnale telefonico assente (ma presente come wi-fi)ti permette di staccare la spina dallo stress e dalla quotidianità.

I servizi un po' limitati per la tipologia di struttura, come ad esempio la piscina con fasce orarie troppo strette. Inoltre mancano i servizi tipici per un hotel 4 stelle. Ma a detta dei proprietari l'anno prossimo saranno implementati con palestra, attività all'aperto, serate a tema etc etc.

Ottima la colazione e ottimo il cibo che preparano. La navetta per il trasporto alla spiaggia è organizzata BENE e de molto PULITA.
