El hotel es moderno, muy buena ubicación. cercanía de la mejor playa y del centro turístico y restaurantes. cerca del muelle que salen las excursiones. las habitaciones grandes. desayuno espectacular y el lugar soñado. bares y restauraste con vistas bellas.

Lo único es que se ve que es un hotel con mucho uso, esta bien cuidado. el único detalle fue en mi habitación no tenia la puerta de la mampara de vidrio y el lavamanos estaba partido y arreglado. Creo que para el hotel en general es un detallito muy chico. No afecta a que es el hotel en general. Lo único que veo mal es que el chek in estricto a las 15hs, sabiendo que hay habitación

Goste da localização, fácil acesso para todos os passeios. O restaurante do Hotel, tanto o café da manhã e o restaurante a comida me agradou muito.

A cerveja nem sempre estava gelada, a limpeza do quarto precisa melhorar muito. o frigobar não gelava muito.

La comida!! el desayuno y la comida del restaurante son absolutamente deliciosos y vale completamente la pena. Muy recomendada y los precios son justos para la relación con su calidad. Asimismo, el personal fue maravilloso y dulce con mi mamá y conmigo.

tuvimos un problema con un mesero que, cuando le dijimos que nos había salido plástico en una limonada, nos respondió muy mal. Luego de que le comentáramos la situación nos dijo que "si no nos gustaba nos fuéramos" y que "que queríamos que el hiciera acaso" con el plástico que mi mamá casi se toma. Afortunadamente el dueño del hotel fue diligente y muy amable, me llamaron de RRHH a hacer seguimiento y se sintió que verdaderamente les importan sus comensales.
