Run down hotel in rundown area gives the impression of a brothel at night

The tube had never been cleaned since the building was built! Did not have roaches, thank , God but it was dirty.

Avoid it at all costs and opt for accommodation that truly values the safety and well-being of its guests We demand a full refund for our reservation. This hotel not only failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness and safety but also misrepresented its facilities with false advertising. We refuse to pay for a service that was not provided. Everything, they uploaded fake pictures on the site, that not match actual room even 1%. Its very bad rooms smell all over and not suitable to stay at all. Me and my friends booked but when we reached there we did not stay at all. We need booking.com to refund our money.

The worst excuse of a hotel I've ever experienced. Everything was dirty and broken. Cockroaches running around. No flush on the toilet so the place stuck of raw sewage. When I raised these issues with the front desk they refused to do anything and told me it was my fault for booking the place. I recorded the conversation. They then called the police on me to delete the recording.
