The staff changed our room to a king instead of 2 queens. Then, our heating unit was making clicking noises all night. They gave us another room.

Reakfast was good. Exceeded my expectations. The handicap room we had was very comfortable and accommodating The room was clean and all of the staff were very nice and most helpful

The Bed. It was way too high even using a stool it was very difficult to get in the bed, Hover once I managed to get in the bed it was very comfortable’ If I was 6’3” instead of 4’11” it may have been much easier to climb in the bed. Also the shower while being very accommodating I could only get cold water It was difficult to even get the shower to turn on the water. Directions on how to use the shower would have been most useful in trying to get warm water. The sink did have hot water so I knew it was available I just could not get it in the shower
