Lovely foyer and pool area

Small details like lack of toilet roll , spoon to make tea , 2 clothes hangers ( always having to ask , being told no problem but STILL waiting ) Allocated worst room 3 floors up ,closest to road/transformer/bin area - constant noise 24/7 , scooter they arranged was very old, not safe and most expensive to date !
