Elks Landing

It’s in a great location, close to everything and beautiful scenery.

The home looked like it hadn’t been touched in a while. I rented at the end of June. A couple of Christmas decorations were still up. There were cob webs on the head boards and above the curtains in every bedroom. The garbage disposal smelled very bad, the bed sheets and towels didn’t smell fresh. The hot tub was dirty and had built up brown gunk around the edges of the water on the tub. There were no pans to cook with except one really dirty pan. The screen top to the stove’s fan hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time and had tons of grease that was built up into chunks. The dishwasher had a moldy smell and some plastic from the edge of the door was melted to the bottom. The entire house was very dusty. I appreciate that when I sent pictures of the damages that were already there, the dirty stuff, and asked for extra supplies, the staff was great and took us new pans and more tissue for the bathrooms.

The facility was missing certain things such as shampoo, soap at the showers, cleaning from spider webs, the deck was quite dirty and the inside of the property had a big odor of weed
