"Excellent"

The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly. We arrived around 9pm and there was only one staff member around. When I got into my room I found there was no TV remote so I tried to call down to reception, but the phone didn't work. I then called reception with my cell and there was no answer. I went down to reception and no one was there. I waited about 10 minutes and the staff member returned from doing other tasks. She immediately got me a remote and I was all set. It is a concern that the phones weren't working as if there was an emergency you had no way to contact anyone.

The property was fine for a short term stay, the gym was surprisingly equipped. Breakfast wasn’t bad…but they never came to my room once to clean or change towels, even after I asked

Todo está súper limpio y el desayuno estaba muy bien

No funcionaba el elevador, nuestra habitación era en el segundo piso y nos hospedamos con una persona de la tercera edad y un bebé de brazos, así que fue un poco molesto
