Room is nice, but bathroom is very bad, service is normal to the average service in Thailand, beach is full of rocks, which nice to see not to swim, one pool and is small. Location is somehow far, though Koh Samui is small and Grab is easy. Price is high for what you get in comparison to other resorts here.

Prachtig resort met een van de mooiste strandvilla’s die we ooit hebben geboekt. De villa was ruim, modern, zeer schoon en direct aan een prachtig strand gelegen. Het zwembad van het resort was schitterend en liep over in een infinity pool met uitzicht op zee. De kookles was een absolute aanrader en het personeel was vriendelijk. Voor de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden wij dit een uitstekende keuze.

Het ontbijt was goed, maar niet bijzonder. De locatie is prettig, maar voor een grotere keuze aan restaurants en luxe voorzieningen moet je wel een stukje rijden. Buiten het resort zijn de directe omliggende faciliteiten wat eenvoudiger dan het niveau van het resort zelf.

The interior design of the hotel is wonderful. You can take very beautiful photos in many spots. The breakfast variety is excellent. A great hotel for families with children. The furniture in the rooms is new and very well maintained. Clean. The staff are absolutely very polite and respectful. They make you feel the kindness of the Thai people in the most profound way.

The sea is definitely not suitable for swimming. There are rocks everywhere and no matter how far you go, it doesn’t get deeper. Not suitable for swimming. This is a characteristic of the region. There is nothing the hotel can do about this situation. It is not their fault. I think the hotel is generally understaffed. Of course, this may be because we went during the low season. We often had trouble finding staff at the bars around the pool. Other than that, we experienced a few mishaps that can happen on any holiday, but the hotel staff and management team made a real effort to compensate for the situation. I would like to thank them again.

Our stay at Kimpton was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was just impeccable!
