"Estadía perfecta"

La chica que está en recepción por las mañanas fue muy amable y nos ayudó en varias ocasiones. La habitación fue cómoda aunque un poco fría por las mañanas, pero todo estuvo muy bien. Hubo un día que el agua caliente no funcionaba, pero lo arreglaron rápido.

Everything! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the best we had during our journey. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very hot water in the shower. Convenient and quiet location. Comfortable bed.

Highly recommended! The accommodation is in a great location, and the staff took excellent care of us throughout our stay. They were always helpful, provided great information, and assisted us with arranging tours, excursions, and airport transportation. The value for money is outstanding, not only for the rooms but also for the additional services and activities they helped organize. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was a great start to each day. Although the hotel temporarily did not offer its own laundry service during our stay, they recommended a laundry shop just around the corner. It was very affordable at only 6 soles per kilogram and worked out perfectly for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for everything!!!

Localização excelente, mercado na quadra de cima e poucos minutos da praça central. Ficamos em quarto térreo, com aquecedor portátil que ajudou demais a noite. Chuveiro com pressão ótima e bem quente. Os funcionários todos foram bem gentis. Guardaram nossa malas pelo período que fomos à Machu Picchu, depois retornamos a Cusco.
