"Estadia confortável e bem localizada, com bom atendimento"

Gostei do custo/benefício. A localização é excelente, a cerca de 8 minutos a pé da Plaza de Armas, e também permite ir caminhando até a estação de onde sai o transporte para Machu Picchu/Águas Calientes, em aproximadamente 17 minutos. O café da manhã é satisfatório, com frutas, pães e ovos preparados na hora, conforme solicitado. O quarto foi arrumado diariamente, com troca de toalhas durante a estadia.

Um ponto específico que incomodou foi a iluminação no corredor em frente ao meu quarto: quando outros hóspedes acendiam a lâmpada, a luz entrava pela janela mesmo com a cortina fechada. Em duas noites, precisei me levantar para apagar a luz.

La ubicación es excelente, y la atención del personal es muy cálida. El desayuno cumple.

Hacía muchísimo frío en la habitación. No podía estar sin la 5 frazadas. Y no dieron toalla de cara/manos. Solo de piso y una de cuerpo.

La ubicación es lo mejor, céntrico. El desayuno era suficiente.

Por pagar con tarjeta me aplicaron un 4% más, pero esta información no la tienen publicada previamente. No salía casi nada de agua por la ducha, y fría, lo avisé, al parecer fue algo puntual, pero al dia siguiente volvió a pasar. Fatal.
