The room has plenty of space and the air conditioning is really cold

There was a tv that was meant for the bed room just laying on a chair, someone’s hair on the side of the tub and the caulk coming up, almost none of the outlets work, the WiFi doesn’t work for the tv I had to use my hot spot. They only had 3 pillows between 2 beds ( we have a family of 5) and no extra cover for the pull out couch which was extremely hard

I booked a night due to my daughter being in the hospital across the street. I got to the room and the smoke detector was chirping. I had no clean towels or wash clothes in the room. I was woken up around 6am with roof repair going on and people talking going by my room talking so loud. The person with the room next to me kept going in and out slamming door and hearing their car with a loud exhaust cranking. Nothing much in the breakfast area but cereal. I dont plan on ever staying there again. I'll pay the extra and stay in the hotel further down from the hospital and have a much better experience if i ever need to stay in a hotel in the area again. It wasnt even worth the amount i paid to stay one night.

It seemed like the staff placed us at the end of the building as far from the riffraff as they could, so that was better than I first expected.

The bathroom door had been punched in and wouldn’t close, you have to turn the shower on just right and hold your tongue to the left while the wind is blowing northeast to get any warm (aka scalding) water, the sink water was scalding no matter what you did, the sink filled up with water one night and didn’t drain out by the following morning, the water was brown, the light above the vanity didn’t work, we were given two towels, a hand towel, and a single bath cloth, there were people in the parking lot partying all into the night and they left several beer bottles out (I guess management didn’t care because it persisted), and don’t even think you’re going to get into the pool. It resembled a methane filled swamp. The sheets seemed clean, but that’s all we had to cover up with… two top sheets.

Front desk women are rude

I did not like that the room was not clean upon arrival and after just one night I had to find another room
