"I will definitely not stay at Econo Lodge again."

One of your staff members, Saycred, was extremely polite, professional, and courteous. She went out of her way to be accommodating and kind, and is a great asset to your company.

The rooms were poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls and it looked as though the hotel room had not been renovated in several decades. And there were a lot of loud and noisy guests. It seemed as though a lot of the guests were lower class and unruly, which I think contributed to the condition of the property in the rooms which would attract that element.

"Flea bag motel"

I liked the young lady manning the front desk. She was the only bright spot in the whole experience

The establishment is in renovation The rooms that have been renovated and are being rented are very dated and being thinly covered with paint and new fixtures. The bed was awful the smoke detector was missing. The so called renovation is being done by unskilled workers the fit and finish of the floor tile and fixtures looks amateurish. The price was way to high for this flea bag motel and they charged a 100 dollar deposit with no for warning on booking. Com. The parking lot is not well lit and probably dangerous.
