"Room was comfortable but I expected a bit more for tge price especially if they claim to be 5 star"

"The Palazzo is a dazzling and well-appointed hotel -- but not for the elderly."

Our suite on the 35th floor was very spacious and comfortable. The view was okay -- but we did not expect to be gazing at the Trump Hotel from our window! It all looked better at night. Beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet.

We couldn't have anticipated how much walking we would have to do to get anywhere within the hotel. It is HUGE. Just finding certain areas, "Restaurant Row," for one, was a challenge. We finally stumbled across it after we'd already eaten another Italian meal because that's all we could find. It seemed like we walked in circles half the time, and I was approached by other guests, asking me where someplace was. I could only shrug sympathetically. The signage could have been clearer, the staff should have been better informed as to the whereabouts of restaurants and theaters. By the time you've gotten a sense of the property, it's time to leave.
