"Wynn is a better place if you have a decent budget and want a really luxury experience"

The location is great, and there's an option to book a room with a sphere view. Also, you'll receive coupons for bars and resturants in the casino and shopping area. And the Gondola Ride was amazing - the staff really knows how to keep your spirits up during a 15 min experience.

I stayed at the Venetian Resort before and to be honest, the experience was mediocre. So this time I booked Palazzo and Wynn trying to get an upgraded experience. Palazzo to me is kind of disappointing, no surprises, the bed was ok, It took forever for the front desk to pick up the phone, and the worst thing is, when I called for some more bottled waters they told me these were not complimentary. I mean, it's one thing to raise your room price, but it's another thing to charge just on an additional bottle of water. One the contrary, Wynn's front desk pick up the phone very quickly and a lady sent at least 6 bottle of waters to the room within 15 mins for free. That's the level of service I expected - and at Palazzo, it feels like I paid for a luxury hotel and get the service for a 3-star hotel.

"Magisk utsikt och fina rum."

Magisk utsikt, stor och fin svit. Välstädat. Många bra restauranger i hotellet.

Poolerna var för varma och kändes inte helt rena, lite grumliga. Allt är onödigt dyrt på hotellet. Sängen var för mjuk.
