Near several restaurants and the freeway. The bathroom was great.

The bed was hard! Several construction crews staying there, sitting in parking lot drinking and getting into a physical altercation.

"Hotel is clean and staff is great....other hotel guests not so much."

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

It appears that the government is housing displaced people in this hotel. There was a group of shady looking folks hanging out near the front door smoking pot and being loud at a late hour of the night.
