I liked the staff, they were very friendly. The grounds and the facility were very well maintained.

The bed was very very hard. I couldn't even sleep. There was also barely any hot water when showering.

The staff were great! Always friendly and helpful.

The beds. Please update to better mattresses. My back was killing me. Also, almost everything is à la carte to pay for, like if you needed things for the room, like pots or pans. You have to pay for it. Need iron and board, need to call for it. It can be a charge if you want the room cleaned before the bi-weekly cleaning. So be aware of everything and what you must bring before you stay. Also, it would be nice if the smoking rule were enforced. Some people would still smoke close to the building.

Nice building from the outside.

Greeted by staff and first question was are you just passing through? Wth does that mean? Then I was told I was not entitled to hot breakfast. I can have coffee in the morning but the machine is broken. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. No draperies to block out light. The bed was very uncomfortable made noise when moving in it. I could hear people in next room talking and could hear their tv!

Property is very convenient to the airport. Great for long or short term stay. Clean rooms, friendly effiecient staff.
