The location of the hotel is excellent, offering great views out over the sea. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. One member of staff in the reservations department went out of his way to facilitate a change in our booking when one of our travelling party was indisposed on the weekend we had originally booked.There is a superb Korean restaurant (Smoki Moto) located on the ground floor of the hotel. The swimming pool is large, and the changing areas are equipped with modern and spacious saunas.

Very little to improve on. I would perhaps have liked a little more Western food on the breakfast menu.

I liked just everything, amazing facilities, super breakfast and just the best view with an enormous balcony

The only thing that I can recall is that only few members of the stuff speak English even at the reception so it might be confusing sometimes

some personnel can not speak English and restaurants close at 21.00

Service overall was amazing most of the staff speak quite well English a rare thing in china. The property is beautiful and well kept. Modern and clean. The room is well appointed new and comfortable the shower was good the bed was comfortable the view was amazing had a room with a balcony just sat outside to watch the sea and sunrise for hours. The selection of fresh vegetables at happy hour needs to be improved the selection at breakfast was good. Overall i would say this hotel is highly recommended.
