Very bad Managing very late check in very bad way talking to the guest from the Omani Manager Not recommended ,I booked 2 connected rooms swimming pool view, when I reached the hotel they said rooms are not available we got late check in after my family was very tired for waiting and they gave us other rooms not facing the pool and said that will give you lunch and late check out tomorrow, next day the GM Ismail Al Tobi said you have to leave the hotel on 12 no late check out and no lunch and spoke to me in a very bad way , and the other person who gave us the promise was not talking and he said of he say any thing he will lose his job , more than 9 families was having this problem,,, not recommended

Was travelling for business and we all booked the same hotel. Great hotel, clean and very helpful staff. The food is great too. In room dining was superb. If I came to Oman again I would most definitely stay here again. The guys on the front assisting cars were brilliant. Had a great laugh with them everyday.

Very nice hotel, very nice and kind staff , very nice swimming pool , sawna is very good and also stream room is nice, and clean , room service was great, kindly and very helpful, reception staff are very friendly and helpful

What a gem of a hotel! From the minute we arrived we were well taken care of by the staff - including the helpful young men at the entrance, the front desk attendants, and the smiling young woman who brought out fresh face cloths and welcome tea. And the smell in the lobby (and throughout the hotel) is light, but intoxicating. The decor is modern, colorful and calming. The room was perfect for us. We had a kitchenette with every thing we needed to prepare some of our light meals like breakfast or snacks. But of course, the food in the restaurant was also very good. The breakfast buffet is particularly special. The bed and linens were top quality and the shower had good pressure. The pool was our first stop after our days of sightseeing. Did I mention this hotel is a gem? We enjoyed wandering the mall next door - and shopped for a few things for the larder at the Carrefour. When we inquired about a place to have a glass of wine, the staff recommended Zale at hotel Kempinsky for their Happy Hour. It was a 15 minute taxi ride away (use O Taxi) and the food and the wine were great. Also the seaside setting was beautiful. But we were happy to come “home” to Avani.

New property well maintained friendly staff accessible location malls in neighbourhood try to give feelings of 5star with the pricing of 4 star. I believe this one of the best hotel in this area. Recommend anybody visiting this area

Overall , it was nice staycation. Near to mall which was nice , breakfast quite disappointed . In the room bedsheets was dirty , sometimes don’t clean the room . Swimming pool closes early . WiFi was working good

It was short family visits every thing was perfect at hotel

Hotel it self is good in every aspect, staff are very friendly and helpful, the only issue is the location as it was far from Muscat, but in walking distance from to small mall that has a Carrefour.
