I have never seen such a terrible hotel—charging ₹4,000 just for smoking. There are many ultra-luxurious hotels, yet none of them do anything like this; while they do have high charges for various services, not even the most exclusive hotels impose such an exorbitant fee specifically for smoking.

In such a situation, why would you want to call the guest again? If you loot so much in one go, then why do you need to call him again?

nothing really.

the location was very far away from the city, the staff wasnt very well spoken, the service was very slow, they didn’t even provide us with basic amenities in the room like bathrobes, slippers etc. the staff was confused within themselves as they said one thinf to us one day and another thing the next, the property was also overall very small, wasnt value for money at all.
