Staff is supportive and room was fairly clean

Restaurant menu is not diet friendly. Quite oily. Also no drink(non alcoholic) option during dinner in half board. But its there in breakfast. Which was a bit illogical . Drink option should be included in dinner buffet too

I have stayed at Hyatt's hotels before and this is nothing compared to their usual quality. Their rooftop however is nice and the rooms are average. I would say, due to its location being outside of Jaipurs cultural areas, that if your traveling for culture, your better finding an independent haveli closer to the Pink City.

They had big maintenance happening when I arrived in their breakfast room and wasn't informed.
