The atmosphere was serene. It would make a great place for a wedding. Good food and very friendly staff. No complaints from us.

"Kanuga NYE Stay"

The compound, with it's trails.

The facility's HVAC SYSTEM was out, and had been for weeks - no heat. Only occupied rooms had an electric radiator-style space heater. The halls & common rooms were cold with night temps in the 30s. I feel they should've communicated that when or after I booked the place. They did give me a credit.

The property itself was none less than AMAZING!! It was absolutely beautiful! And we will definitely be bringing the kids back to this place!! ❤️❤️

The beds need to be upgraded, to something more comfortable!

"Pleasant suprise."

Beautiful setting with a gorgeous lakes, trees, trails and serenity. The history of the facility is very interesting. The classic architecture was a very pleasant suprise.

We were only there 1 night. We needed more time to hike and explore.
