great, the lady/staff was very helpful and kept supplies fully supplied and full, and very neat and clean

the door to our room was very hard to open, like my husband kept saying had to use an elephant to get it open, and then it wouldn't close on it's own, plus the dead bolt did not work at all,, there was a pair of socks laying in the far corner of the room, left from a previous guest, we were there 2 nights, the room was never checked, bed was never made, we told the front desk person , but nothing was done

The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and staff was nice. When we checked in, there was no soup nor hank wash provided. The air conditioner was very loud in the evening. When I adjusted the room temperature from 74 degrees to 72 degrees, it took more than one hour and didn’t reach the temperature and I had to stop it.
